How we handle your data when you visit this website or send us an enquiry.

This is a translation for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

2. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set any cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and does not embed any tracking services, social media plugins or third-party maps. Fonts are loaded from our own server. For this reason we do not need your consent via a cookie banner.

Links to OpenStreetMap and WhatsApp are simple links. Only when you click such a link do you leave our website; the privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.

3. Hosting and server log files

When you access the website, our server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, referrer and browser identification. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted after 14 days at the latest unless it is needed to investigate a security incident.

The connection is encrypted using TLS.

The website runs on a server in Germany that we rent from Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. Hostinger processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

Check: Conclude or confirm the data processing agreement with Hostinger (hPanel).

4. Contact forms and enquiries

If you contact us via a form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, phone number, your message and, for property enquiries, the property reference and, for valuation requests, the details of your property) in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to initiate or perform a brokerage contract.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or contract) and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Mandatory fields are marked; without them we cannot process your enquiry.

Enquiries submitted via the forms are stored on our server and forwarded by email to our office. We use Hostinger’s mail server to send these emails (see section 3). To prevent misuse, your IP address is briefly evaluated in memory (to limit the number of requests) but is not stored permanently.

We delete your data as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial and tax law or the German Anti-Money Laundering Act) prevent this.

Check: Define a concrete deletion period for stored enquiries. If enquiries are transferred to the Propstack CRM (Propstack GmbH, Berlin), list it as a processor.

5. Property listings

The property listings shown on this website are taken from our brokerage software. No visitor data is transmitted to this software.

6. Your rights

You have the right to

  • access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) and erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
  • object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).

To exercise these rights, please contact office@resineo.immo. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
